Proposed Community Center Public Comments Needed!
Notice is hereby given that the Community Center Building Committee within the Town of Upton (Town), will hold an open Public Comment Period on the proposed new Upton Community Center Project (UCC) proposed to be constructed at the current Town owned parking lot property at 9 Milford Street adjacent to the VFW and Veteran’s Memorial playground.
The Public Comment Period will be open from March 10, 2021 until March 26, 2021. You will find the current design plans for the proposed UCC posted on the Community Center Building Committee webpage at https://www.uptonma.gov/sites/g/files/vyhlif5121/f/uploads/cc_public_comment_4.pdf
Public input can be provided to the Community Center Building Committee (CCBC) via email at comment@uptonma.gov. Please submit feedback as an attached Word document or as text within the body of an email, with “UCC” in the subject line. All submissions must include the sender’s full name and address. Parties who are unable to submit electronic feedback should mail submissions to: Office of the Town Manager, 1 Main Street, Upton, Massachusetts 01568. All feedback must be submitted by 12:00 pm on Friday, March 26, 2021.
