Planning for a New Library Facility Underway

Over the last year, the Upton Town Library has been starting a planning and design project to evaluate various options for construction or renovation, and to design a library facility suitable to meet the needs of the Upton community. The expected result of this process is a set of conceptual designs and a cost estimate for a new library facility that will meet the needs of the Town of Upton for at least the next twenty years.
