Book Groups

The Library supports several local book groups, by requesting multiple copies of the monthly selection. If you have a book group, and would like help getting enough copies of your book for your members each month, please let us know. We can help! If you're interested in joining an existing book group, let us know that too, and we can put you in touch with the right people!

The Library Book Group meets at 7:00pm on the last Wednesday of each month, in the library gathering room. Book titles are chosen by the members and copies are available at the library. The group alternates between fiction and non-fiction titles.

The Upton Reads Book Group meets on the second Tuesday each month at 12:45 in the library gathering room. Sue Pfeiffer from the library staff leads a casual and thought-provoking discussion of an eclectic mix of contemporary literary fiction. Copies of each month’s book are available at the library. Please call the library directly at 529-6272 to request a copy of this month's title.
